SwiftGreen's investor offering is open globally, subject to the eligibility and securities-law restrictions of each investor's home jurisdiction (see our Terms of Use page). This policy describes how Swiftgreen Global Haulage and Construction Company LTD ("SwiftGreen", "we") handles personal data collected through this platform, in line with generally accepted data protection principles (including GDPR and CCPA-style rights) regardless of where you are located.
1. Information We Collect
• Contact and inquiry details — name, email, company, phone number, and message content submitted via the Contact page or a Data Room access request. • Account information — for approved investors: name, email, company, phone, and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text). • Activity and audit data — login timestamps, document views and downloads, IP address, and browser user agent, recorded for security and regulatory compliance purposes within the secure Data Room.
2. How We Use Information
• To evaluate and respond to investor inquiries and Data Room access requests. • To authenticate investors and enforce role-based access to due diligence materials. • To maintain an audit trail of who accessed which documents and when, as required for investor relations compliance and to protect sensitive company information. • To send transactional email — account invitations, password resets, and related notices.
3. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (an authentication session cookie) and to remember your cookie preference. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. See our cookie banner for details.
4. Third Parties
We share data with service providers strictly to operate the platform: our email delivery provider (to send account and transactional email) and our hosting/database providers. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your Rights
If you have an investor account, you can review your account details at any time from your profile page, download a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account. For any other request, contact us via the Contact page.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and audit data for as long as needed to support the investment relationship and to meet legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations. Denied or withdrawn access requests are retained only as long as necessary for compliance purposes.
